Lady Vols Biggest Worry

I won't be suprised if the Lady Vols win the national title. But it won't shock me if they don't. Even with Candace Parker.
When the Lady Vols had Chamique Holdsclaw, they won three-straight titles. In Connecticut's Taurasi years, they also won three-in-a row. Pretty simple equation--in the women's game, the best player's team usually ends up with the big trophy.
Surprises happen. The Lady Vols were knocked out of the national title race in 1999 when Duke beat them. It was Holdsclaw's final game. But that stuff is rare.
While the best player in men's college basketball (Kevin Durant) watches four other teams play for the men's title, the best player in the women's game will be on the court. And all season long, there's no doubt that player is Parker.
But, like it or not, LSU's Sylvia Fowles can give Parker a run for her money. She dominated UT in the SEC Tournament.
In the women's NCAA, the best player usually leads their team to a national title--- so, right now, is it Parker, or Fowles?
The Lady Vols may have reason to worry.

the current worry is NC
