Lady Vols Back In Cleveland

We're back! Cleveland looks about the same as when we last visited, not that I expected it to be any different. Simply by coincidence, the Lady Vols played North Carolina in the region finals here in 2006. Tennessee lost-- something they obviously want to avoid this year.

The Lady Vols arrived on the shore of Lake Erie on Thursday night. They practiced at a local high school today. Saturday's practice will be much more public. All the Final Four teams hit the hardwood at Quicken Loans Arena (The Q) for open workouts. North Carolina was the last team to arrive in Cleveland. The Tar Heels were the last team to get here. They arrived in Cleveland Friday afternoon.

Expect Candace Parker to be named to the Kodak All-America team on Saturday. It will be the week's third major postseason honor for the Lady Vol forward. After that, she heads to practice as the Lady Vols tune-up for Sunday night's national semifinal match-up with North Carolina.
