Coming Clean.. on AFC Title Game

I admit it. I haven't felt like this since the Red Sox were about to close out the Cardinals in the 2004 World Series. I feel what Manning and the Colts are on the verge of, and I am watching tonight as a fan. Cheering. Hoping. Wanting-- to see Indianapolis beat New England. I have cast aside objectivity. I have hung non-partisanship in the closet. I have placed my professional standards out with the trash, at least for tonight. The Colts are on the brink of something big. Last year, I was in Indianpolis to witness (and cover) the Colts loss to Pittsburgh in the playoffs. I did my job. I refused to be swayed by emotion. I reported what it was. Tonight though, I watch, I wait, I hope for an Indy win.

maybe I am just spoiled by the houston chronicle, but requiring registration prior to reading posts seems somewhat antiquated...or is it that you only have one post? if that is the case it is no wonder you were not invited back to the indy press box.

OK, I want everyone to

OK,

I want everyone to admit what they were thinking when Peyton threw that INT for a TD. Hell of a game, should be a good super bowl.
